SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with PINK GINGER Australia. A tax invoice including an order confirmation number that can be used when enquiring about your order will be sent to the nominated email address that you enter at checkout.
We process and dispatch orders Monday through Friday, in the order in which they are received, and endeavour to do so within 2 business days, depending on product availability. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next available business day. All orders are shipped from our Sydney Headquarter at the moment. Information relating to tracking & delivery will be sent to you via email as soon as your goods have been shipped.

Shipping Destinations: Through our Australian website, we currently ship our products only to Australia and New Zealand. However, we have distributors in the USA, Europe, and the ME, and stockists around the world. If you wish to purchase and have delivery to an international destination, please contact us by email at support@pinkgingeraustralia.com with your requirements and we will advise the nearest point of sale and get them in touch with you to fulfil your request.
Shipping Partners: Our default shipping carrier is Australia Post. We have recently got partnered with Sendle. Also working with DHL e-Commerce for international enquiries.
Shipping Methods and Rates: We offer both Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. Standard shipping Australia wide via Australia Post is flat rate $10 per order and New Zealand wide is flat rate $20 per order up to 2kg. Express shipping Australia wide via Australia Post is flat rate $15 per order and New Zealand wide is flat rate $30 per order up to 2kg.
Shipping Promotion: Keep an eye on our website, as we time to time announce FREE SHIPPING promotion. Only for Australian deliveries, with standard shipping via Australia Post. You’re welcome!
Standard Shipping Delivery Times:
Metro – Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide in 2-3 Business Days
Metro – Brisbane, Hobart in 3-4 Business Days
Rural – NSW, VIC, SA in 3-5 Business Days
Metro – Perth, Darwin in 4-6 Business Days
Rural – WA, NT, QLD in 5-10 Business Days
New Zealand wide in 5-10 Business Days
Please note:
- Delivery times are a guideline and subject to change, do also exclude fulfilment.

You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods like Boxing Day or Cyber Weekend Sales, due to wild weather, or due to other shipping partners’ delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Pink Ginger Australia’s control.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes.
- Discount and coupon codes do not apply to ship costs.
- We do not ship to third party addresses unless that address is known and can be verified by us.
- In the case of refused shipment and unclaimed goods, you will be responsible for paying any freight charges incurred, plus the administration fee.
- We will make every effort and fully cooperate with our shipping partners to make sure you've got your delivery on time. However, we shall not be held liable for delay or lost shipment. But we are here to assist.
- Please have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. The cost for re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery. For deliveries via Sendle.
